"It's so very difficult for us to pick a favorite Veterinary Associate as every member of this staff is truly exceptional. Through good as well as difficult times we know we will receive the best and most heartfelt/thoughtful care by all. Ultimately, we do have to admit Kathy's greeting (whether on the phone or in person) always reassures us that whether it's a routine visit or emergency she will be there for support and understands that Jaxson and Mongo are special members of our family.
